I enjoy helping people find their path towards greater health. I feel that a client can make a change based on a decision if the are asked the right questions. I have found that to listen more and help them clarify "what they mean" is an optimal way of helping the client gain an understanding of their body's path to greater health. My legacy would be complete if people remembered me as a person who helped liberate others to follow their visions, goals and true feelings about themselves.
The Holistic Lifestyle Coaching program program was developed to help practitioners deal with nutritional & lifestyle needs of our clients. It teaches how symptoms of disease and stress can be prevented through diet, exercise and stress management.
I use a physical assessment that features posture analysis, gait analysis, primal movement patterns, length-tension testing and range of motion testing to help design a program that has an essential foundation for movement that is specific to each client.

We have one body to take us through this life. Keeping that in my mind, I train my clients to treat it right, keep it strong, flexible, mobile and looking good. I’m here to offer a challenging workout designed to fit you and your needs. I will provide support, sparkling conversation, and manageable goals you will enjoy meeting. Together we will focus on functional movements, postural alignment and core strength.
I’ve had the opportunity to introduce strength training and cardiovascular exercise to clients who have never been active. I’ve re-established a relationship with exercise for clients who have taken time off for many reasons, a busy job, having a baby, involved in an accident that required rest. I’m a lucky trainer who has great clients.
I could go on and on about my credentials (they’re impressive) and my experience (it’s vast) but I’m more interested in you and what you’re looking for. After all this isn’t about me it’s about YOU!
The NEXT STEP is for us to meet, say, for 15 to 30 minutes. This is a great way to learn more about each other, what you’re looking for, and how I can assist. Then you can determine if we’d make a good fit.
Listening to what you want out of an exercise program is the most important material I have to work with. I want you to get the most you can out of your time with me. From there I am able to motivate you with challenging, fun, and personalized program that will give you the chance to realize what’s possible.

“Great works are preformed not by strength, but by perseverance…”
This quote sums up what drives me as a trainer to push the people that I train and those that I have not had the opportunity to work with. I am a highly motivated, energetic, and versatile trainer. I seek to inspire individuals that are looking to overcome obstacles or setbacks originating from fear, injury and uncertainty. My personal goal is to empower each client with confidence and a smile they can walk away with, all while educating them through safe optimal and functional exercises.
In my 3 year of experience, not only have I had the opportunity to work with people of a wide range of limitations, I’ve also worked with those looking to enhance their sports specific performance. The confidence I’ve acquired in this profession comes from the feedback I have received by applying goal oriented yet challenging routines, allowing one to discover the strengths they never thought they had. Core strength, proper form and functional strength training are the most important aspects of my training. I move my clients through progressive programs, based on their experience, and proceed into more challenging strength and cardiovascular routines.
When I find the time, I enjoy participating in any and all team sports—especially soccer and basketball. Since moving to Seattle, I have discovered the splendor of the outdoors through rock climbing, kayaking, wakeboarding, mountain biking, golfing and the completion of my first half-marathon.
My mission is simple: I want to push those that want to be pushed. I pride my ability as a trainer on listening and discovering each client’s strengths and weaknesses in order to implement an appropriate training session—one that is not only instructive but fun!
