It's a full body strength training workout designed to kick serious turkey butt. Join our Kickoff Event to raise awareness and eliminate hunger in Washington.

THURSDAY NOVEMBER 26
THE EVERYDAY CYCLIST CORE CHALLENGE with PETER CANNON, 6:30 - 7:30am
Have you been stuck with your fitness on the bike? Looking for a way to improve this year? Get off the bike and train the weakest link in most riders...the core musculature! If you have a passion for the bike inside your heart, this class will get you ready for the rigors of life on the outside when you ride.
Train with Peter and then go meet your friends a your "T-Day" ride.
(Free parking for your bike inside.)
40 minute class. Class size is limited to 20 people. All levels of fitness are welcome and encouraged

INDOOR BOOTCAMP with SARA DEAN, 7:30 - 8:30am SOLD OUT
Join Sara for a hardcore workout (Boot Camp style) first thing Thanksgiving morning. Truly EARN your dinner! This class will give you the chance to burn off some mashed potatoes & gravy, stuffing and perhaps a glass of wine if you really push yourself. The more calories you burn during your workout, the more calories you'll burn after your workout. So come get your sweat on and support this great cause.

CROSSFIT with SCOTT RODRIGUEZ & COREY MCGEE, 9:00 - 10:00am
Join Scott and Corey for a rip-roaring Thanksgiving Day workout. Not only will you burn enough calories to justify your holiday indulgences, but you'll also be helping to provide nutritional meals across the state to families in need. Don't just sit there, just do it!
