We have one body to take us through this life. Keeping that in my mind, I train my clients to treat it right, keep it strong, flexible, mobile and looking good. I’m here to offer a challenging workout designed to fit you and your needs. I will provide support, sparkling conversation, and manageable goals you will enjoy meeting. Together we will focus on functional movements, postural alignment and core strength.

I’ve had the opportunity to introduce strength training and cardiovascular exercise to clients who have never been active. I’ve re-established a relationship with exercise for clients who have taken time off for many reasons, a busy job, having a baby, involved in an accident that required rest. I’m a lucky trainer who has great clients.
I could go on and on about my credentials (they’re impressive) and my experience (it’s vast) but I’m more interested in you and what you’re looking for. After all this isn’t about me it’s about YOU!

The NEXT STEP is for us to meet, say, for 15 to 30 minutes. This is a great way to learn more about each other, what you’re looking for, and how I can assist. Then you can determine if we’d make a good fit.

Listening to what you want out of an exercise program is the most important material I have to work with. I want you to get the most you can out of your time with me. From there I am able to motivate you with challenging, fun, and personalized program that will give you the chance to realize what’s possible.
