My mission is to inspire, motivate and support the health, fitness and well being of my clients. My approach to personal training incorporates a balance of traditional strength training and innovative balance and agility training with cardiovascular work and education about fitness.   It’s equally important to have a good time and find balance in your daily schedule. I provide my clients with individualized programs developed to meet their goals in a timely, fun and safe manner. I also offer classes throughout the year to keep your workouts ‘fresh’.

Spring brings a weekly running group – great for race training, a good way to start running or an overall boost to a tired running routine. I’ve had people of all ages and sizes in my running class, and it’s been a pleasure to see them progress over the season and come back year after year.

My weekly women’s strength training classes are not only a wonderful way to get fit, they provide entertainment while doing so and are and affordable way to benefit from a personal trainer.  I consider my specialties to be beginning/intermediate functional strength training and running.  I am a well-rounded trainer, able to incorporate varied work out plans so you can stay on target and enjoy being fit.

I really enjoy my work outs with Dillon.  I've always sort of worked out but I have never had my own will power to take it to the next level or keep a consistent routine.  Dillon has motivated me to complete triathlons and 1/2 marathons.  My body feels like I am 25 and I am 40!

I consider myself a decent athlete, have been a life long gym rat and a weekend warrior (i.e. recreational soccer and basketball player as I made my way through my 20’s and 30’s). A few years ago, with 40 rapidly approaching, I felt that my workouts had really stagnated and I needed some options to renew, refresh, stay interested and fight off middle-age.

I started working out with Dillon at the Fitness Lab in early 2009 and have quite frankly become hooked on the work-outs. The sessions are fresh, challenging and very functional – I’ve got improved balance, flexibility and core strength and great ‘take-away’ ideas for my own workouts.

Simply put, Dillon knows her stuff and I can’t say enough about how positive the experience has been.
