Twice a week for 8 weeks, I will to lead you through an energy inducing, sweatastic workout. Kick in the Pants is a great calorie burner AND a muscle toning experience at the same time.

We work in circuits for time. Each station is your time, your pace. At each station you will encounter strength building, fat burning exercises. I will assist you in performing each exercise safely and efficiently. Many of the stations will work upper and lower body at the same, burning BIG calories…strength + intensity = a great result for your body AND mind! Consider all your muscle groups CHALLENGED!
Lesley's approach to teaching considers individual client goals and needs and tailors classes that work to keep her clients challenged and motivated. Lesley is incredibly caring and positive, she encourages me to not only meet, but to exceed my goals- she has shown me that I can push myself physically to do things that I never thought I could do!
