Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday Sessions
These intense interval based classes are not for the faint of heart. They are designed to push you beyond your comfort zone. You will burn 6 times more calories than you would with a steady state cardio routine. The classes are for people who are already fit and want to become super fit. It ain’t easy but it’s effective.
