THE FITNESS LAB is a full-service, private personal training studio.  We specialize in one-on-one and small group personal training for individuals.  Our studio is operated by certified trainers dedicated to providing motivation, individual instruction and a desire to help our clients fulfill fitness and lifestyle goals.

Working out with a partner is a great way to stay on track and motivated with regards to fitness goals. Training with a partner or two also makes it more fun, motivating and affordable. private yoga Sessions
Yoga and its teachings are a large influence in any client session, and private or semi-private yoga sessions are a wonderful way to experience this ancient art and science.  Whether you have never practiced yoga before, have injuries to care for, or would simply like to deepen your practice outside of regular classes, private sessions provide a rare opportunity to focus specifically on your goals and desires.
