STONEWAY CROSSFIT
StoneWay CrossFit workouts are designed to teach fitness that is broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and LIFE reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.
This program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. Every person regardless of age, ability, and experience or fitness level can participate.
Perhaps most importantly, this is a community of friends united by a common interest, to workout, work hard... and have FUN!
PHILOSOPHY
Our goal is to help others change their lives. We have seen firsthand the results that actual WORK during a workout can produce and we believe wholeheartedly in our programming, coaching and our clients.
COACH SCOTT- I served for 3 years in the United States Navy and that is where my love for fitness began. After being honorably discharged from the military I earned my degree in Exercise Science and started coaching and have been doing it for over 3 1/2 years. CrossFit has changed my life mentally and physically. The CrossFit philosophy has taught me to be discipline that has benefited all aspects in my life. My passion is to change people’s lives through coaching and teaching CrossFit and I am rewarded by hard working dedicated clients.
