Classes are a great way to stay dedicated to your training, meet like-minded peers and have a ball while burning calories! Classes rotate throughout the year, so please check back or email us for an annual schedule. Additionally, if you have a specific class idea, we can help develop a plan. Come triathlon season, you may want to organize a group of good friends to train and get in shape. Maybe you only need help perfecting your lap stroke? We are happy to help a group with private instruction, tailoring a program just for you and your goals.
BETTER BODIES: TOTAL BODY FITNESS FOR WOMEN
2008 is here. The time is now to jumpstart your fitness program! The results: reach a new personal best, feel better than you have in years and rid yourself of those unwanted holiday pounds. Implement your training program today and reach your goals. The time is now: improve your health, become fitter, stronger, lose weight, decrease body fat, fight osteoporosis and heart disease.
Workouts feature upper and lower body training using body weight and free weights in a fun and challenging circuit. Balance, core, abdominal and back exercises included. Join this great group for accountability, support and camaraderie.

2x/week for 6 weeks, 12 classes: $260

TUESDAY NIGHT RUNNING GROUP
Join a fantastic group of women as we hit the track at Greenlake each week this Spring. Each Tuesday, we kick off with a dynamic warm up including drills and end with a running workout guaranteed to improve your running performance or get you started on the right foot. This is the quintessential group whether you’re a beginning runner or training for a 5k, 10k or Triathalon. Groups include a variety of running levels, so you’ll always have a partner. All ladies walk/jog/run at a comfortable pace that compliments their fitness level. Bring running attire, shoes, a great attitude and water. This class is a MUST for those seeking a fitness challenge that won’t pull too hard on the purse strings.
