Stay dedicated to your training by taking a class. You’ll have so much fun during the workout, you’ll forget you’re burning calories. We can also customize classes for swimming, mountaineering or sports agility. Tell us what you need, and we’ll take it from there.

BETTER BODIES: TOTAL BODY FITNESS FOR WOMEN

Jumpstart your fitness program with circuit training. This highly efficient, full-body workout will strengthen and tone your body, decrease your body fat and you'll feel better than ever!

Boot Camp has moved outdoors for the summer months.  Come join us for Boot Camps 5 days a week on the waterfront at Gasworks Park.  his is a great way to get in amazing shape over the summer.  All fitness levels welcome.

ULTIMATE INTERVAL TRAINING
Wednesday and Sunday Sessions
First Class Free! Plyometrics, speed work and drills make up this sports conditioning-based class.  Studies show that interval training burns six times more fat then steady state cardio training and that's what you'll get here - bursts of high intensity work followed by active recovery. Team and partner drills also make the class fun!

The program is on-going and you can sign-up at anytime, but please call Priscilla before attending your first session.

Whether you’re new to running or have been pounding the pavement for
years, our running group will significantly improve your
running performance. We combine intervals with speed work for a total
body workout that keeps you strong on hills and steady on flats.
Plus, we pair you with a running partner that’s just your speed. Join
a group of runners that will encourage and challenge you.

When: Tuesday evenings, 6:30 - 7:30pm
Where: Lower Woodland Park, Greenlake Track, Field #7
What: Bring running attire, shoes, water and cash or check for payment.

5K, 10K AND HALF MARATHON TRAINING PROGRAMS
Do you have a race or two lined up this fall? Not sure where to start? Or are you ready to set a new personal record? If you are ready to start a running program or want to add a new dimension to your training then join Soma's Running Club!

Soma Training has training programs for beginners and intermediate runners. Programs range from walk/jog, track workouts, speed intervals, hill training and structured long runs. If you need to improve your run then this is the place to start.

SEATTLE AND LAS VEGAS HALF MARATHON training starts Tuesday, August 24 at the Greenlake Track. Contact Dillon for more information.
